Tried the chicken cutlet at the western stall (chic n grill)in the S11 foodcourt at bishan, according to a friend, this stall has got really good chicken cutlet. and true enough, the cutlet has proven to be quite good. it's tender on the inside and crispy on the outside, fried just nicely. some places have got overfried chicken and it makes the meat very tough.
If you stay in bishan and have not tried this, you should go there and try it. personally i still prefer the one at margaret drive..address: Bishan S11 Foodcourt (Blk 504，Bishan Street 110), Stall 03
